Washington (W.V.) Parkersburg wide receiver Stephen Roush (6-foot-1, 175 pounds, 4.7 seconds) is widely considered one of the state's top prospects in the 2010 class. After seeing the numbers that the Parkersburg standout continues to put up, it should be no surprise that he is viewed in that light. Although he is awaiting his first scholarship offer, Roush is hearing from multiple schools that may be close to offering.
